Terms of use

  1. The service. Payfast Payments (the "App"), provided by GROWTH HACK ("we", "us"), lets you take payments through your own Payfast merchant account. You need a Payfast account and must follow Payfast's terms.
  2. Your responsibilities. You keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for the goods and services you sell, for refunds and chargebacks, and for lawful use of your customers' information.
  3. Fees. Our fee is R200, paid once. Payfast charges its own transaction fees directly.
  4. Availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Payments depend on Payfast and your CRM platform being available.
  5. No financial or legal advice. We are not a bank, payment service provider or financial adviser. Payfast processes and holds the money.
  6. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fee you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  7. Ending. You can uninstall at any time. We may suspend the App for misuse.
  8. Independent integration. The App is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Payfast. Payfast is named only to describe compatibility.
  9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
